I’m a Certified Women’s Holistic Hormone Health Practitioner, Certified Holistic Nutritionist, Life Coach and a woman who truly gets it.
When my own body started shifting, I didn’t realize I was entering perimenopause. While I was able to access support from a local natural doctor, it came at a significant financial cost. Deep down, I knew this level of care shouldn’t be an “exclusive” service. I also felt discouraged by the idea that support depended on managing long lists of supplements.
It wasn’t until I began asking deeper questions and studying hormone health and nutrition that I truly understood the why behind the symptoms and how lifestyle, nourishment, and daily habits play a powerful role in managing the ups and downs of perimenopause.
Now, I support women in pre-perimenopause, perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. Supporting hormone health holistically simply means supporting the whole person; physical, emotional, mental, and lifestyle factors, whether or not hormone replacement therapy is part of the picture.
