When my own body started shifting, I didn’t even realize I was entering perimenopause. While I was able to get support from a local natural doctor, it came at a significant financial cost. Deep down, I knew this shouldn’t have been an “exclusive” service, and I also felt I couldn’t help myself without all the supplements I was required to purchase.
It wasn’t until I started asking deeper questions and studying holistic hormone health and holistic nutrition that I finally understood the why’s and how’s of managing the ups and downs of perimenopause.
