Hi, I’m Andrea. I’m a Certified Women’s Holistic Hormone Health Practitioner, Certified Holistic Nutritionist, Life Coach, AND a woman who truly gets it.

When my own body started shifting, I didn’t even realize I was entering perimenopause. While I was able to get support from a local natural doctor, it came at a significant financial cost. Deep down, I knew this shouldn’t have been an “exclusive” service, and I also felt I couldn’t help myself without all the supplements I was required to purchase.

It wasn’t until I started asking deeper questions and studying holistic hormone health and holistic nutrition that I finally understood the why’s and how’s of managing the ups and downs of perimenopause.

Now, I help women like you navigate pre-perimenopause, perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. Supporting your hormone health holistically simply means supporting your whole-body health and wellness. (HRT or not)
