Why Work with Me.
Everyone is talking about perimenopause and menopause.
Historically, women’s health has been overlooked, misunderstood, or minimized. Even though perimenopause and menopause are now part of the conversation, many women feel overwhelmed by the volume of online information and are still left piecing things together on their own. My work focuses on helping women make sense of this information and apply it in ways that support their hormone health, lifestyle, and long‑term well‑being.
How I Fit Into Your Care Team.
I strongly encourage clients to stay connected with their GP or naturopath. My role is complementary; I help women focus on the lifestyle and foundational areas that often get missed, including nutrition, stress management, sleep support, movement, and environmental influences, all of which can have a profound impact on hormone health.
I also fully support women who are considering or currently using hormone replacement therapy (HRT). I will help you understand your options, make informed decisions, and integrate HRT safely with lifestyle and nutrition strategies. Every woman is different, and support should reflect that.
What You Can Expect?
Meaningful hormone health work often gets messy before it gets better. There is usually a messy middle — a stage where old habits are questioned, awareness grows, and clarity hasn’t fully landed yet. Many women feel unsure or overwhelmed during this phase, and that is completely normal.
Hormone health isn’t just physical. It’s emotional, mental, and deeply connected to how you experience your life. Midlife can bring a mix of strength and fatigue, gratitude and overwhelm, capability alongside a quiet longing for support.
My role is to support you through this process; the messy, uncomfortable, and transformative parts. I help you understand which foods, lifestyle choices, and daily habits truly support all of you. Together, we build a strong foundation that can ease hormone imbalance symptoms and support your long-term health and well-being.
You are not meant to figure this out alone.
